OnePlus 7T Pro, McLaren Edition Launch: Watch The Live Stream Here
OnePlus is all set to showcase its newest smartphone -- the OnePlus 7T Pro along with the OnePlus 7T in London today. The OnePlus 7T Pro will be the successor to the OnePlus 7 Pro and is likely to be the most expensive OnePlus smartphone.
With respect to design and aesthetics, the OnePlus 7T Pro will look similar to its predecessor with a few cosmetic changes. The device will have a premium glass-metal sandwich design with a dual-curved AMOLED display running at a 90Hz refresh rate and 2K resolution.
Just like the OnePlus 7 Pro, the 7T Pro will also have a pop-up selfie camera with a bezel-less display design. The major upgrade will be in terms of hardware. The OnePlus 7T Pro will be based on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 855 Plus SoC with at least 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The phone will release with Android 10 OS with Oxygen OS 10 skin on top.
Leaked renders also suggests that the phone will have an additional camera sensor other than the triple camera setup that the phone has borrowed from the previous model. A 4,000 mAh battery will power the smartphone with support for Warp Charge 30T fast charging.
In additional to the standard variant, the company is also expected to launch the OnePlus 7T Pro McLaren Edition -- a special limited edition phone with a few tricks up its sleeves which will be sold at a slightly higher price over the standard model.
OnePlus will not host any special launch event in India for the OnePlus 7T Pro. The device will be available from October 18th via pop-up events and on Amazon. As per the pricing, the OnePlus 7T Pro is likely to replace the OnePlus 7 Pro and is expected to be priced in the vicinity of Rs. 50,000 for the base variant.
