OnePlus Nord 3 5G launch in India imminent as website sighting emerges

OnePlus is gearing up to launch a new Nord smartphone in India soon. The OnePlus Nord 3 5G was recently spotted on the company's official website. It will be the second smartphone in the Nord series to debut in India this year.

The leak comes courtesy of tipster Mukul Sharma, who posted images with the official website's source code on his Twitter handle. The OnePlus Nord 3 5G will succeed last year's OnePlus Nord 2 and will sit right above the Nord 2T in the mid-range smartphone space.

According to Sharma's tweet, the OnePlus Nord 3 5G launch date in India will be announced soon. The One Plus Nord 3 5G follows the launch of the OnePlus Nord CE 3 Lite 5G, OnePlus 11R 5G, and OnePlus 11 5G in India. Additionally, the OnePlus Nord Buds 2r could also tag along.

The OnePlus Nord 3 5G price in India will likely fall anywhere between Rs 25,000 and Rs 35,000. Previous leaks suggests that the OnePlus Nord 3 5G will likely debut as a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 2V, which was unveiled in China earlier this year.

OnePlus Nord 3 5G Specifications (Expected)

The OnePlus Nord 3 5G will likely use the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 SoC paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. The phone will boot Android 13-based OxygenOS 13. The OnePlus Nord 3 is expected to pack a 5,000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.

The Nord 3 5G will sport a 6.7-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. For optics, the upcoming Nord 3 smartphone is expected to use a 64 MP primary sensor, an 8 MP ultrawide lens, and a 2 MP macro unit. Up front, the phone could get a 16 MP selfie camera.
