The Poco F7 5G is set to make its debut in India and globally later today. The Poco F7 5G will debut as the third smartphone in the line-up globally, following the Poco F7 Pro and Poco F7 Ultra.

Ahead of the launch, the brand has revealed several details about the upcoming Poco F7 5G, including its Snapdragon 8 series chip, top-tier RAM and storage standards, advanced cooling system, fast charging support, and the largest battery on a smartphone in India to date.

The Poco F7 price in India is expected to start from under Rs 30,000, where it will compete against the likes of the iQOO Neo 10 and Realme GT 7T (Review). Early bird pricing for the Poco F7 is expected to start from $339 (roughly Rs 29,300) globally.

Poco F7 Specifications

The Poco F7 is confirmed to use the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 mobile platform paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The company has also confirmed that the Poco F7 will pack a massive 7,550 mAh battery, the largest of any smartphone in India to date, and 90W wired fast charging support.

The Poco F7 will sport a 6.83-inch 1.5K Flow AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 3,200 nits. For optics, the Poco F7 will feature a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor and an 8MP ultrawide lens. Up front, the Poco F7 will use a 20MP selfie camera.

The phone will run Android 15 with the HyperOS 2.0 skin on top. The phone is also touted to receive four Android OS updates and six years of regular security patches. It will feature an IP68 rating for resistance to dust and water. Reports also suggest that the handset will use a metal frame and glass back. The Poco F7 is expected to weigh 215 grams and measure 8.2mm thick.
