Nothing Phone (3a) Pro Reportedly Spotted with Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 and 12GB RAM Ahead of Launch
Nothing has officially confirmed that the Phone (3a) series will feature a Snapdragon chipset, and a recent benchmark listing spotted by 91Mobiles suggests that the higher-end model, possibly the Phone (3a) Pro, will run on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 processor with an Adreno 810 GPU.
Along with the chipset, the listing confirms that the device will feature 12GB of RAM and run on Android 15. The Phone (3a) series will launch on March 4 in India.

Two Variants Expected: Nothing Phone (3a) and Phone (3a) Pro
Nothing is expected to introduce two models: the standard Phone (3a) and a higher-end Phone (3a) Pro. The TRDA certification listing suggests that the model number A059 belongs to the base variant, while A059P could correspond to the Pro version.
The benchmark scores for the device reveal a single-core performance of 1,181 and a multi-core score of 3,302, indicating a mid-range chipset.
Camera and Display Features Confirmed
Nothing has confirmed significant camera upgrades for the Phone (3a) series. The primary rear camera is a 50MP sensor, reportedly capable of capturing 64% more light than its predecessor. The device will also feature a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, 6x in-sensor zoom, and up to 60x hybrid zoom. This setup is expected to enhance macro photography and portrait shots with a 70mm focal length.
Additionally, the Phone (3a) series will support Ultra HDR photos, TrueLens Engine 3.0 for accurate color reproduction, and 4K video recording with stabilization. Both front and rear cameras will include a dedicated night mode for improved low-light performance.
The display is rumored to be a 6.72-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 2500 nits peak brightness. This would provide a smooth and vibrant visual experience, catering to gamers and media consumers alike.
iPhone-Like Action Button and Other Features
Nothing has also hinted at an iPhone-inspired Action or Camera Control button, though details about its functionality remain unclear. If implemented, it could introduce a new way to interact with the phone's camera and other system functions.
The device is expected to pack a 5000mAh battery with 50W fast charging, ensuring reliable battery life and quick top-ups.
India Launch Confirmed for March 4
Nothing has officially confirmed that the Phone (3a) series will launch in India on March 4, alongside a global release. The new lineup will replace the Nothing Phone (2a) and (2a) Plus, which debuted in 2024. Pricing details are yet to be revealed, but the previous generation started at just under ₹25,000, hinting at a similar price bracket for the new models.
As the launch date approaches, more details about the Phone (3a) series are expected to surface, shaping up Nothing's next mid-range contender.
