Realme C55 With Dynamic Island-Like Mini Capsule Launched: Specifications
Realme has launched its new C-series phone, the Realme C55, in Indonesia. With the Realme C55, the company has introduced a new Mini Capsule feature which is reminiscent of the iPhone 14 Pro's Dynamic Island.
The C55 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G88 SoC and packs a massive 5,000mAh battery. Here are the full specs of the Realme C55.

Realme C55 Specifications
A feature flaunted by the Realme C55 that immediately catches attention is its Mini Capsule, which appears heavily inspired by the iPhone 14 Pro's Dynamic Island. The C55's Mini Capsule displays the battery percentage, charging status, and other notifications.

The Realme C55 sports a 6.72-inch LCD display with a Full HD+ resolution of 1,080 × 2,400 pixels. The screen has a refresh rate of 90Hz and 680 nits of peak brightness.
The C55 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G88 CPU, accompanied by a Mali G52 GPU with 8GB of RAM, and offers up to 256GB of storage. Its storage space is expandable via a microSD card.
When it comes to imaging, the Realme C55 features a dual camera setup at the rear, comprising a 64MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor with an LED flash. At the front, there's an 8MP camera for selfies and video calls.
The C55 packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W SuperVOOC charging via a USB Type-C port. Realme claims the smartphone can be fully charged in 63 minutes. The phone is equipped with a fingerprint scanner at the side for security.
Connectivity features on the handset include support for 4G, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. The smartphone boots Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 out of the box.
Realme C55 Availability
The Realme C55 costs Rp 2,499,000 (around ₹13,300) for the base 6GB + 128GB model. Meanwhile, the 8GB + 256GB version is priced at Rp 2,999,000 (around ₹16,000). The smartphone comes in Sunshower and Rainy Night colorways.
The C55 will go on sale from March 8 in Indonesia. The phone is expected to launch in India in the coming weeks.
