Realme GT 7 Key Specs Tipped Ahead of India Launch: Snapdragon 8 Elite, 6500mAh Battery, 120W Charging & More

Realme is gearing up to launch the vanilla Realme GT 7 in India, following the debut of the GT 7 Pro Racing Edition, Neo 7 SE, and Neo 7x in China.

While the company hasn't made an official announcement, recent leaks suggest key details about the upcoming smartphone, including its specifications, storage configurations, and color options.

Realme GT 7 India Variant: Expected RAM, Storage, and Color Options

A report from 91Mobiles suggests that the Indian variant of the Realme GT 7 will carry the model number RMX5061. The smartphone is expected to launch with at least 12GB of RAM and 512GB of onboard storage, with additional configurations possibly available at launch.

As for color options, the Realme GT 7 is likely to be available in black and blue, maintaining a minimalist yet premium aesthetic.

Additionally, the handset is rumored to support NFC and a new communication feature called INT, which functions similarly to Apple's Intercom system, enabling users to send and receive messages from a HomePod to other devices.

Benchmark Listings and Expected Performance

The device was recently spotted on Geekbench, where it achieved a single-core score of 2,914 and a multi-core score of 8,749. These numbers indicate a high-performance chipset, which is rumored to be Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC.

According to the listing, the chipset includes six cores clocked at 3.53GHz and two high-performance cores reaching 4.32GHz, along with an Adreno 850 GPU, promising flagship-level performance.

Battery and Fast Charging Capabilities

The Realme GT 7 recently appeared on China's 3C certification site, which revealed that the device will feature 120W fast charging. Additionally, a TENAA listing suggests the phone may be equipped with a 6,310mAh-rated battery, which could be marketed as a 6,500mAh cell.

This would mark a significant improvement over the Realme GT 6, which had a 5,500mAh battery.

Display and Camera Setup

The Realme GT 7 is expected to feature a 6.78-inch 1.5K display, similar to its predecessor. While details on refresh rate and panel technology remain unconfirmed, it is likely to support a high refresh rate for smooth scrolling and gaming.

For photography, the Realme GT 7 may house a 50-megapixel primary sensor, accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultrawide lens. On the front, the device is tipped to feature a 16-megapixel selfie camera, a slight downgrade from the 32-megapixel sensor found on the Realme GT 6.
