Realme Neo 7 SE Launch Timeline Confirmed: Will Feature Dimensity 8400 Ultra SoC, 7000mAh Battery Expected
Realme has officially confirmed the upcoming launch of the Realme Neo 7 SE, its latest smartphone under the Neo series. This announcement comes shortly after the launch of Redmi's Turbo 4, which also features MediaTek's Dimensity 8400 chipset.
The Redmi model features the Dimensity 8400 Ultra, while Realme's device is set to include the Dimensity 8400 Max variant. However, these suffixes typically represent branding differences rather than significant hardware variations.

In fact, some marketing materials for the Realme device have also referenced the 8400 Ultra, suggesting the chip might essentially be the same.
Launch Timeline
The Realme Neo 7 SE is slated to debut in February, with its initial release targeting the Chinese market. While Realme has yet to announce its availability in India or other regions, the smartphone may follow the rebranding trends of its predecessors.
For instance, the Realme GT Neo 6 SE was launched as the Realme GT 6T in India. A similar strategy might be employed for the Neo 7 SE, though Realme has recently differentiated its GT and Neo series as distinct product lines.
Massive 7,000mAh Battery and Heat Dissipation
One of the standout features of the Realme Neo 7 SE is its massive 7,000mAh battery, as revealed by tipster Digital Chat Station. Additionally, the device is expected to feature improved heat dissipation technology, addressing performance throttling during intensive tasks.
Pricing Expectations
While official pricing details for the Realme Neo 7 SE remain under wraps, market trends suggest it will likely align with its predecessor's cost. The Realme GT Neo 6 SE launched at a starting price of CNY 1,799 (approximately ₹20,730). The Neo 7 SE could see a similar or slightly adjusted price point, remaining more affordable than the Realme Neo 7, which starts at CNY 2,099 (approximately ₹24,000).
