We have already come across numerous reports regarding upcoming Samsung Galaxy A series smartphones. There are claims that the company will launch the next-generation models early in 2020. Now, we have the names of a few models from Samsung awaiting their launch along with their model numbers.
As per a report by MySmartPrice, the Samsung Galaxy A11, Galaxy A31, and Galaxy A41 are reportedly under development. These smartphones are believed to arrive with the model numbers SM-A115X, SM-A315X, and SM-A415X respectively.
Upcoming Samsung Galaxy A Phones
While the exact specifications of these smartphones are yet to be divulged, the report reveals that there will be up to 128GB of onboard storage space. This is a notable improvement as the existing models support up to 64GB storage space.
Furthermore, it adds that the other Galaxy A series smartphones including the recently rumored Galaxy A51 and Galaxy A71 could be launched with a punch-hole display to provide room for the selfie camera. Also, these upcoming models are believed to feature an L-shaped quad-camera system at the rear.
Going by the existing information, the Galaxy A51 could be launched sometime in December along with the Galaxy Note 10 Lite and Galaxy S10 Lite smartphones. The other models in the Galaxy A series are likely to be launched sometime in early 2020 but a concrete time frame is not known for now.
What We Expect From Galaxy A51
The Samsung Galaxy A51 is likely to be launched with a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display. Under its hood, this smartphone is said to feature an Exynos 9611 SoC teamed up with 4GB RAM and up to 128GB storage space along with a microSD card slot. And, we can expect these smartphones to boot Android 10 topped with the company's One UI 2.0.
When it comes to the quad-camera setup, this smartphone is believed to feature a 48MP primary sensor, a 12MP secondary wide-angle lens, a 5MP tertiary depth sensor, and a fourth 5MP macro lens. A 32MP selfie camera is expected to be housed within the punch-hole cutout at the front. Furthermore, recent certification listings have tipped at the presence of a 4000mAh battery pumping life to it.
