Samsung Galaxy A71 Renders Surface Online With A Quad-Camera Setup

|

Official looking renders of the Galaxy A71 have surfaced online suggesting a new design and a quad-camera array. The quad-camera setup on the phone looks similar to the Samsung Galaxy M40 (which has a triple camera setup) with a plain back panel.

Samsung Galaxy A71 Features And Specifications

It is said that the Samsung Galaxy A71 will bestow a 6.7-inch O-AMOLED screen with looks similar to the Galaxy Note 10 with flat edges. The display has a punch hole cutout at the top center position that houses a 32MP selfie camera. Besides, the screen is also expected to incorporate an in-display fingerprint sensor.

Earlier benchmark leaks suggested that the Galaxy A71 will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 675 SoC with at least 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage. The phone is speculated to run on Android 10 OS out-of-the-box with OneUI 2.0 skin on top. The SIM card slot on the left is likely to support dual nano-SIM cards with 4G LTE and VoLTE connectivity.

The primary camera array on the Galaxy A71 consists of a 48MP primary sensor, 12MP ultra-wide angle, 12MP telephoto, and a 3D ToF sensor. The primary sensor will take 12MP images by default using pixel-binning technology to reduce noise in low and medium lighting conditions.

The bottom portion of the phone has a main speaker grill, main microphone, USB Type-C port for charging and data syncing, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. As per the build-quality, the phone is likely to offer a glass-metal sandwich design and the phone will be available in various color options to choose from.

Launch And Expected Pricing

The Samsung Galaxy A71 is likely to launch in early 2020 and is expected to be priced in the vicinity of Rs. 30,000 to compete against the likes of the Realme X2 Pro, Redmi K20 Pro, and the Asus 6z.
