Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ Star Wars Special Edition Announced
Samsung has unveiled the Galaxy Note 10+ Star Wars Special Edition. This phone will be the official smartphone for the upcoming Star Wars movie -- The Rise of Skywalker set to hit the screens on December 20.
The Samsung Galaxy Note10+ Star Wars Special Edition has the same specifications as the standard model. The major changes are in terms of the aesthetics and the color scheme. The entire phone is black in color with a red accent on the camera module. Plus, the S-Pen is painted in red to match the theme
The phone will be wrapped inside a Star Wars themed package that includes custom case, Star Wars collection badge, and Galaxy Buds that are also painted in black and red.
The phone will also ship with a custom Star Wars themes and wallpapers. Plus, the entire UI will be reminiscent of the Star Wars world with custom ringtones, turn off animation, icons, and more.
Features And Specifications
Just like the standard edition, the Samsung Galaxy Note10+ Star Wars Special Edition flaunts a 6.8-inch Super AMOLED screen with QHD+ resolution, protected by the 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 6.
The smartphone will be powered by either the Exynos 9825 or the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 with 12GB RAM and 256/512GB onboard storage with a microSD card slot for additional storage expansion. The phone currently runs on Android 9 Pie with One UI skin on top and will receive Android 10 update by early 2020.
The quad-camera array at the back of the phone comprises of a 12MP primary sensor with a variable aperture of f/1.5 to f/2.4, 12MP telephoto lens with an f/2.1 aperture, 16MP ultra-wide angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture, and a 3D ToF sensor. Plus, the phone also has a 10MP selfie camera with an f/1.6 aperture.
A 4,300 mAh battery powers the device with support for fast charging and wireless charging. As per the pricing, the Samsung Galaxy Note10+ Star Wars Special Edition retails for $1,299.99 (approx Rs. 94,000) and will be available from December 13 in select markets in limited quantity.
