Samsung Galaxy S11 Chinese Certification Reveals Key Specification
Samsung's upcoming flagship Galaxy S11 series is the talk-of-the-town. Expected to arrive in the Q1 of 2020, the successor to the Galaxy S10 series is said to be launched with the Galaxy S11, Galaxy S11+. The company is also said to bring a Galaxy S11 5G variant. Recently, the complete renders of the Galaxy S11 were leaked online. Now, it's the battery capacity of the Galaxy S11 series that has been tipped.
Samsung Galaxy S11 Series Battery Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S11 5G has been certified in China with an SM-G9860 model number. The listing confirms a 25W fast charging support, which has been tipped by some leaks earlier.
The listing also reveals a 45W fast charging support for the Galaxy S11+. Notably, this will be specific for the S11+ only. There is no mention of the battery sizes. However, it is being suggested that the new series might be equipped with bigger batteries compared to the Galaxy S10 series.
Moreover, the standard Galaxy S11 is said to come with 5x zoom and OIS (Optical Image Stabilization) camera features. Apart from this, the listing doesn't reveal any specific feature which the Galaxy S11 series is expected to offer.
As for the expected hardware, the Samsung Galaxy S11 is said to launch with a 6.4-inch Dynamic AMOLED display with 1440 x 3040 pixels resolution, a pixel density of 526 PPI, and a Corning Gorilla Glass protection.
The display is said to come with an HDR 10+ certification and a 120Hz refresh rate. A recent leak revealed a repositioned punch-hole for the selfie camera. Under the hood, the Galaxy S11 could be equipped with an Exynos 9820 or the Snapdragon 865 chipset which Qualcomm is yet to announce.
The handset is likely to be launched with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. But, we might see multiple RAM and storage variants of the handset. The device is most likely to boot on Android 10 OS based on One UI 2.0 user interface.
