Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, S25 Ultra, and S26 Ultra Camera Specs Leaked

The upcoming Galaxy S Ultra series will inherit the Galaxy S23 Ultra's 200MP cameras, if the latest leak is to be believed. To be specific, the Galaxy S24 Ultra, S25 Ultra, and S26 Ultra will feature the same 200MP cameras.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy S27 Ultra will reportedly get an improved 200MP camera with a 1/1.12-inch ISOCELL GN2 lens. Here's what we can expect from the upcoming Galaxy S Ultra series.

Samsung Galaxy Camera Roadmap Leaked

According to tipster Revegnus, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will be equipped with the same 200MP main camera as the Galaxy S23 Ultra. To recall, the S23 Ultra features a 200MP Samsung ISOCELL HP2 sensor.

The ISOCELL HP2 enables low light photography and captures images with lower shutter lag. Samsung claims that the HP2's deep learning algorithm offers clarity even after cropping or zooming in on the image. It is also capable of recording 8K videos at 30fps.

Moving on to the Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy S26 Ultra, both smartphones will reportedly come with the successor of the ISOCELL HP2. The sensor will be manufactured on a 17 nm process. Additionally, it will feature major upgrades when it comes to the light receiver.

Finally, the Samsung Galaxy S27 Ultra will get an even bigger camera upgrade. The tipster claims that the phone will sport a 1/1.12-inch sensor, which is larger than the HP2 sensor which measures 1/1.3 inches.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Features Recapped

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra debuted earlier this year at the Galaxy Unpacked event in February. Although the smartphone inherits the Galaxy S22 Ultra's design, it features significant changes under the hood.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra sports a large 6.8-inch Dynamic AMOLED screen with a QHD+ resolution. The panel features an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz, HDR 10+ support, and a peak brightness of 1750 nits.

Powering the Galaxy S23 Ultra is a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 flagship processor. As for the battery, the smartphone features a 5,00mAh battery with support for 45W fast charging.
