Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 Receives Certification in India
Samsung is gearing up to launch its highly anticipated new foldable smartphones, the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5. While specific release dates have not been provided, the company has confirmed that these devices will hit the market in the coming month.
The initial release is scheduled for late July in South Korea, followed by debuts in the US and Canada in August. Furthermore, it is expected that the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Fold 5 will also make their way to India soon. The excitement surrounding the launch has intensified with the appearance of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website, hinting at an imminent release.

Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5 Gets Certified
The BIS certification listing provides valuable insights into the Galaxy Z Flip 5, which is identified by the model number SM-F731B. This certification suggests that the phone will soon be available not only in India but also in other markets.
Although detailed information about the features of this foldable device is yet to be disclosed, various leaks and rumors have shed some light on what we can expect.

Design renders of the Galaxy Z Flip 5 suggest that the device will feature a large cover display, making it the Galaxy Z Flip series' largest outer screen to date. Leaked details indicate a 3.4-inch outer display, slightly smaller than the 3.6-inch cover display of the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra.
The foldable phone is expected to retain its dual-camera setup on the rear, with two 12MP sensors, while not receiving significant upgrades in the camera department.
Under the hood, the device will house a flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon SoC. The phone's battery is anticipated to be the same as the one found in the Galaxy Z Flip 4.
