Tecno Camon 30 Series Set to Launch Soon in India; To Feature Sony Cameras

Tecno is gearing up to launch the Camon 30 series in India. The brand has started teasing the arrival of the upcoming phones. The Camon 30 series was originally launched at the MWC 2024 event comprising the Camon 30, Camon 30 5G, Camon 30 Pro 5G, and the Camon 30 Premier 5G.

Back in March, the Camon 30 5G and the Camon 30 Premier 5G were only spotted on the BIS certification listing, hinting at an imminent India launch. Now, it remains to be seen if the brand will bring all the models to the country.

Tecno Camon 30 Series India Launch Confirmed

The brand took to its social media handle to confirm the arrival of the Camon 30 series. The teaser video shows the phone in a black vegan leather option. The upcoming Camon 30 series is also confirmed to feature Sony cameras. The exact launch date is yet to be announced. However, it is believed to arrive this month in the country.

Tecno Camon 30 Series Features

The video further confirms that the Indian variant of the Tecno Camon 30 series will have an identical design to the global model, which means the features will also be the same. The Tecno Camon 30 Pro has a 6.78-inch AMOLED Full HD+ (2436 1080 pixels) display with a 144Hz refresh rate.

The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultra processor. For imaging, the smartphone comes with a 50MP triple-rear camera setup and a 50MP selfie camera. It packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 70W fast charging support.

The TECNO Camon 30 Premier 5G includes a PolarAce Imaging System and features a 6.77-inch LTPO OLED display with a 144GHz refresh rate and a peak brightness level of 1,400 nits.
