Tecno Spark 10 Pro Revealed: Budget Gaming Android Smartphone With Color-Changing Back Panel?

Tecno has had a lot to offer at the ongoing MWC 2023. First came the Tecno Phantom V Fold, its first foldable smartphone, then its "chameleon coloring" technology for the display, which the brand claims is a "full-spectrum electrically controlled prism coloring" technology, and the comparatively sober Tecno Spark 10 Pro.

The Tecno Spark 10 Pro is a budget-friendly Android smartphone optimized for mobile gaming. The company has said that the smartphone has been designed primarily for its mobile-gaming Gen Z audience.

Tecno Spark 10 Pro Specifications, Features

Tecno has hinted that the Tecno Spark 10 Pro will be a "more affordable mid-range offering designed for the Gen Z". The Spark 10 will be powered by a MediaTek Helio G88 SoC, which is optimized for gaming.

Tecno hasn’t said much about the specifications of the Tecno Spark 10 Pro. However, a poster of the smartphone recently leaked online. The informational poster reveals all the specifications and features of the Tecno Spark 10 Pro.

According to the poster, the Spark 10 Pro will have a 6.78-inchFull HD+ IPS LCD with a resolution of 1080 x 2460 pixels, a 20.5:9 aspect ratio, a 90Hz refresh rate, a 270Hz touch sampling rate, 396 PPI pixel density and 580 nits of peak brightness. The 1080p screen will have a 90 percent screen-to-body ratio.

The MediaTek Helio G88 SoC which powers the Tecno Spark 10 Pro will be paired with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. The smartphone will pack a 5000mAh battery which will support 18W wired fast charging. The smartphone has a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.

The Tecno Spark 10 Pro has a dual camera setup comprising a 50MP main camera, an AI lens, and dual-LED flash. There's a 32MP front-facing camera for selfies, video calls, and face unlock. The phone will offer photography features such as Pro Mode, AI Beauty, and Super Night Mode.

Tecno Spark 10 Pro Price, Availability In India

While Tecno has announced the Tecno Spark 10 Pro, it hasn't launched it yet. Rumors suggest that the device will be available in Starry Black and Pearl White color options with a glass back. Another variant, called Lunar Eclipse is tipped to have a leatherette back similar to the Poco C55.

There's no word on the price of the Tecno Spark 10 Pro yet. However, with a MediaTek Helio G88 SoC, the smartphone could be priced below the ₹15,000 mark. This will likely place the Spark 10 Pro in the budget Android smartphone category.
