Vivo X100 Series Launch in India set for Early January 2024: All your Questions Answered!
Vivo recently revealed the global launch date for its flagship X100 series. To recall, the Vivo X100 series was unveiled in China back in November 2023 and will make its global debut in a couple of days.
The Vivo X100 and Vivo X100 Pro debuted as the first smartphones to use the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chip. Now, new information has emerged revealing the Vivo X100 series launch timeline in India.

Vivo X100 Series Launch in India
According to our sources, the Vivo X100 series launch in India will take place in the first half of January 2024. While the company is yet to announce an official Vivo X100 series launch date in India, we could expect that information to be revealed soon.
The Vivo X100 series global launch will take place on December 14 at 07:00 pm IST. The company has also set up an official microsite for the global launch of the Vivo X100 series. To recall, the iQOO 12 5G is arriving in India later today.
Vivo X100 Series Pricing
The Vivo X100 price starts from CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs 46,500) in China, while the Vivo X100 Pro price in China starts from CNY 4,999 (roughly Rs 58,150).
We expect the Vivo X100 price in India to start from under Rs 60,000. On the other hand, the Vivo X100 Pro price in India will likely start from in and around the 80K-mark.
Vivo X100 Series Specifications
The Vivo X100 series uses the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 SoC and comes with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The two phones run Android 14-based OriginOS 4.0 out of the box. Both devices also use an 8T LTPO AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
They also feature an independent display chip, although the Vivo X100 uses the V2 imaging chip, while the X100 Pro uses the newer V3 chipset. The Vivo X100 packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support, while the Vivo X100 Pro opts for a 5,400 mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging.
The Vivo X100 series also features a 50 MP triple-camera setup that is co-developed by camera experts Zeiss. The Vivo X100 series also features an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
