Vivo X200 Pro Official Unboxing Surfaces Ahead of Launch

A First Look at the Vivo X200 Pro Design

The unboxing video showcases the Vivo X200 Pro in all its glory, revealing two sleek color options-White, and a striking blue variant with a moving wave pattern on the back. The video offers a close-up of the device's "micro-quad-curved" display, adding to its visually stunning design.

Alongside the X200 Pro, the unboxing also reveals the X200 Pro Mini, which features a completely flat display, making it stand out from its Pro counterpart. The unboxing video, originally shared on Weibo by "V粉情报局," gives fans a detailed look at the craftsmanship behind Vivo's latest devices.

Under the Hood

The X200 Pro is set to pack some serious hardware, starting with the new Dimensity 9400 chipset. A Geekbench listing has confirmed that the X200 Pro will come with 16GB of RAM and is expected to run on Android 15, with Vivo's Funtouch OS 15 layered on top.

The device managed impressive benchmark scores, with 2,755 points in single-core performance and 8,519 in multi-core, making it a strong contender in the flagship market. These specs, combined with the powerful Dimensity 9400 chip, are likely to deliver a smooth and responsive user experience, especially for those who demand high performance.

Vivo X200 Series Cameras

Vivo has been known for its advanced camera systems, and the X200 series is no exception. Building on the legacy of the X100 Ultra, the X200 Pro is expected to feature a 200MP Zeiss APO super-telephoto lens, offering a "telephoto-macro" mode with a 135mm focal length. The device will also be able to capture 4K video at 120fps, perfect for those who enjoy cinematic slow-motion shots.

Vivo is positioning the X200 series as more than just a camera-centric device. While the imaging capabilities are certainly a highlight, the brand promises additional features beyond photography, signaling a well-rounded flagship experience.

Global Launch

The X200 Pro's global launch is expected soon, with hints that it will debut in markets worldwide. The device has already been spotted on the SGS Fimko database, further confirming an imminent release. Alongside the X200 Pro, the lineup includes the standard X200 and X200 Pro Mini, all running OriginOS 5 or Funtouch OS 15, depending on the market.

Vivo is also emphasizing the introduction of its new Blue Ocean battery and AI-driven OriginOS 5, which will enhance the overall performance and battery life of the X200 series.
