Vivo X200 Ultra Key Specs Leaked: 6.8" 2K OLED, Snapdragon 8 Elite, 200MP Periscope Lens, and 6,000mAh Battery
Chinese smartphone brands are gearing up to launch their next-generation "Ultra" flagship devices in the coming months. According to recent leaks, Xiaomi's 15 Ultra is expected by the end of February, followed by Oppo's Find X8 Ultra in March. Meanwhile, Vivo is set to introduce the X200 Ultra in Q2, likely in April.
A recent Weibo post by Digital Chat Station (DCS)-a well-known tipster in the mobile industry-claims to provide firsthand details about the Vivo X200 Ultra. The leak highlights its display, camera setup, battery, and chipset, offering an early look at what to expect from Vivo's next premium device.

Vivo X200 Ultra: Display and Design Details
According to DCS, the Vivo X200 Ultra will feature a 6.8-inch 2K LTPO OLED display with minimal bezels and slightly curved edges (the earlier leaks revealed this too).
On the back, the device is expected to sport a circular camera module, a design element seen in previous Vivo flagships. The camera island will house a triple-lens setup, signaling Vivo's continued emphasis on mobile photography.
Camera Setup: A Powerful Periscope Lens
One of the standout features of the X200 Ultra is its high-resolution camera system. The leak suggests it will include:
- 50MP primary sensor with a default 1.5x zoom (35mm equivalent)
- 50MP ultra-wide lens, starting at 1x zoom instead of the traditional 0.5x or 0.6x
- 200MP periscope telephoto lens, potentially offering impressive zoom capabilities
The shift in default zoom levels indicates that Vivo may be optimizing focal lengths for natural framing, particularly for portrait photography and wide-angle shots.
Performance and Battery: Snapdragon 8 Elite, Large Battery Capacity
Under the hood, the Vivo X200 Ultra is rumored to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, distinguishing it from the standard X200 and X200 Pro, which feature MediaTek's Dimensity 9400 processor.
Battery performance is shaping up to be a key feature, with leaks suggesting a 6,000mAh battery, matching the capacity of the X200 Pro. The device is also expected to support 90W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
Color Variants and Software
At launch, the Vivo X200 Ultra is rumored to be available in black and silver color options. The device will run on Funtouch OS 15, based on Android 15.
Possible Vivo X200 Variants: X200S and X200 Pro Mini
Alongside the X200 Ultra, Vivo may introduce the Vivo X200S, featuring the Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset. This model is expected to include a flat display with an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, wireless charging, and color options like black, white, titanium, and blue.
Additionally, Vivo might unveil the X200 Pro Mini in a new purple variant, expanding its lineup with more diverse color choices, and as per the rumors, this compact flagship may launch in India.
