Vivo X300 FE Full Specifications Tipped: Will Debut as the Vivo S50 Pro Mini in China Next Month

The Vivo S50 series is set to make its debut in China next month. While details of the two phones are under wraps, we know that the Vivo X50 Pro Mini will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset. Additionally, we also speculated that the Vivo S50 Pro Mini will make its global debut as the Vivo X300 FE.

Now, a recent post by tipster Abhishek Yadav reveals the Vivo S50 Pro Mini will indeed make its global debut as the X300 FE. To recall, last year's Vivo S30 Pro Mini debuted in India as the Vivo X200 FE.

Vivo X300 FE Specifications (Expected)

Yadav's post also reveals key aspects of the upcoming X300 FE. Apart from the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip, the post also notes that the Vivo X300 FE will come with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. It will also feature a 2nd generation 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint reader.

The handset will sport a 6.31-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Additionally, the Vivo X300 FE or S50 Pro Mini will pack a whopping 6,500mAh silicon carbon battery, despite its compact form factor. The massive battery will be accompanied by 65W wired fast charging support.

For optics, the Vivo X300 FE is expected to feature a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor with OIS, a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope-telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and OIS, and an ultrawide lens. Up front, the X300 FE could opt for a 50MP selfie camera. The cameras are also expected to be fine-tuned by ZEISS.

The Vivo X300 FE will likely feature glass protection on the front and back as well as an aerospace-grade aluminium frame. The Vivo X300 FE is also expected to come with an IP68 and IP69 rating for resistance to dust and water.

Vivo S50 Series Launch

The Vivo S50 series is expected to launch in China in December. The line-up will include the vanilla Vivo S50 and S50 Pro Mini. The Vivo S50 could debut as the Vivo V70 globally. Stay tuned to Gizbot for more details about the Vivo S50 series.
