Vivo X300 Full Specifications Revealed Ahead of Launch: MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, New 200MP Camera Tipped

The Vivo X300 series is expected to be among the first smartphones to adopt the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset. The Vivo X300 and X300 Pro are expected to make their debut in China next month.

Vivo X300 Specifications (Expected)

Apart from the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, the X300 will also feature a dedicated in-house V3+ imaging chip to handle computational photography tasks. Moreover, it is also expected to sport a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel is said to feature BOE's exclusive Q10+ substrate, support brightness down to 1 nit, and offer slim, uniform bezels on all sides.

For optics, the Vivo X300 will also feature a triple-camera setup with a main 200MP HPB, 1/1.4-inch sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope-telephoto shooter with 3x optical zoom. The cameras will be co-developed with Zeiss and feature Zeiss T* lens coating. Up front, the Vivo X300 is expected to feature a 50MP selfie camera.

Vivo X300 Series Launch

The Vivo X300 series launch date in China could take place on October 13, 2025. The line-up will include the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, while the Vivo X300 Ultra and X300 FE could arrive sometime in 2026.
