Vivo X300 Series India Launch Imminent: Both Models Spotted on BIS Website

The Vivo X300 Pro and Vivo X300 were introduced in China earlier this month. These handsets have now been spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) website, hinting at their upcoming launch in India. The brand is expected to announce the launch date soon. The Indian versions are anticipated to have similar features as their Chinese counterparts.

A post on X (formerly Twitter) by Anvin (@ZionsAnvin) reveals that the Vivo X300 Pro and Vivo X300, with model numbers V2514 and V2515 respectively, have appeared on the BIS database. This suggests an imminent launch in India. Vivo is likely to announce a launch timeline in the coming weeks.

Vivo X300 Series India Launch

We expect the Vivo X300 series to launch in India sometime next month. The Vivo X300 price in India could start from under Rs 70,000. On the other hand, the Vivo X300 Pro price in India is expected to start from Rs 1,00,000. To recall, the Vivo X300 series is launching globally on October 30.

Vivo X300 Pro Specifications

The Vivo X300 Pro comes with a 6.78-inch 1.5K BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display offering a 120Hz refresh rate and Circular Polarisation 2.0 technology. It operates on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, running Android 16-based OriginOS 6.

Its camera setup includes a triple rear configuration: a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 main sensor with OIS, a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultrawide lens, and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with OIS. The front camera features a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 sensor. The optics on both the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro are co-developed with ZEISS.

The Vivo X300 Pro is powered by a 6,510mAh battery supporting 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. It includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and has IP68-rated dust and water resistance. Both models offer dual speakers, an Action Button, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C connectivity, and a signal amplifier chip for enhanced performance.

Vivo X300 Specifications

The standard Vivo X300 shares the same chipset, operating system, connectivity options, and security features as the Pro version but has a smaller display size of 6.31 inches with a similar resolution. This model is equipped with a slightly smaller battery capacity of 6,040mAh but maintains identical charging speeds as its Pro counterpart.

The standard version's camera setup includes a primary sensor of 200 megapixels from Samsung HPB with OIS support. It also features a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 ultrawide lens and a periscope telephoto shooter from Sony LYT-602 at the rear alongside the same front-facing camera found in the Pro model.
