Vivo X300 Ultra Specifications
Powering the Vivo X300 Ultra is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, paired with up to 16GB RAM. Storage goes up to 1TB on the Satellite Communication Edition. At the front, the phone has a 6.82-inch LTPO OLED display. The panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate for smoother scrolling and animations during daily tasks or gaming.

Cameras sit at the centre of the Vivo X300 Ultra's design. The rear panel holds three sensors: a 200MP primary camera, a 200MP periscope telephoto unit, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. The front uses a 50MP selfie camera. Vivo pairs this hardware with Zeiss collaboration, aiming at high-resolution shots and flexible zoom performance.
The Vivo X300 Ultra also works with dedicated teleconverter accessories that extend its reach. Vivo offers a "Big Gun" 400 teleconverter, which pushes focal length to 400mm and allows stronger zoom. There is also a smaller "Lipstick" 200 teleconverter. This model is built for easier handling and more casual use, while still improving telephoto capability.
The Vivo X300 Ultra houses a 7,000mAh battery, aimed at long usage between charges. Wired charging reaches 100W, while wireless charging supports up to 40W. With its camera system, accessory support, and premium specifications, the X300 Ultra stands as the showpiece beside the X300s in Vivo's latest launch.
