The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to make its debut in China this month alongside the Vivo X300s. While no official launch date has been provided yet, a screenshot has been doing the rounds in China, which reveals the launch and sale dates for the upcoming flagship Vivo smartphones.

According to the post circulating on Weibo, the Vivo X300 Ultra launch date in India is set for March 30, 2026. Apart from the X300 Ultra, the brand will also be unveiling the Vivo X300s at the event. Moreover, the screenshot also suggests that the Vivo Pad 6 Pro will be released at the event.

Additionally, the screenshot also revealed that the Vivo X300 Ultra and X300s would go on sale in China on April 3. According to a report by Gizmochina, the screenshot had been shared by multiple bloggers, indicating that the information may have come from retail channel communication or early distribution details.

The leak also reveals the RAM and storage configurations as well as the color options for Vivo's upcoming flagship devices. Moreover, the Vivo X300 Ultra is also expected to make its debut in India sometime in April or May this year.

According to the screenshot circulating online, the flagship smartphone could launch in four configurations: 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB. The highest-end variant is also tipped to support satellite communication features. In terms of colours, the Vivo X300 Ultra may be offered in green, black, and silver finishes.

The Vivo X300s is also expected to arrive in multiple memory and storage options. As per the leak, the device could be available in 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB variants. The smartphone may launch in four colour options, including green, purple, white, and black.

Vivo Pad 6 Pro Configurations (Leaked)

Alongside the smartphones, the Vivo Pad 6 Pro tablet is also expected to debut at the same event. The leak suggests that the tablet could be introduced in five configurations: 8GB + 256GB, 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 512GB, and 16GB + 1TB. It is reportedly going to be available in blue, purple, and grey colour options.

To recall, the Vivo X300 Ultra already showed up at MWC 2026. Vivo has also revealed the camera capabilities of the phone ahead of its launch.
