Vivo X300 Ultra Price in India Revealed Ahead of Launch: Will Exceed the iPhone 17 Pro Max, Galaxy S26 Ultra

The Vivo X300 Ultra is set to make its debut in India next week. The launch will mark the arrival of Vivo's first 'Ultra' flagship in India. Since the Vivo X300 Ultra has already been released in China, its specifications are already available.

While smartphone price hikes didn't majorly impact the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro, the same won't not be the case for the Vivo X300 Ultra. New information has emerged regarding the box price of the Vivo X300 Ultra.

Vivo X300 Ultra Price in India: What to Expect

According to tipster Sanju Choudhary, the Vivo X300 Ultra's box price in India is set at Rs 199,999. Since box prices are generally higher, Choudhary speculates that this could put the Vivo X300 Ultra's price in India at Rs 159,999. Moreover, the advertised camera kit will be sold separately.

If accurate, this will put the Vivo X300 Ultra above the iPhone 17 Pro Max, Galaxy S26 Ultra, and Xiaomi 17 Ultra (Review) in terms of pricing. Vivo will likely add bank discounts on the X300 Ultra to soften the blow, although some users have noted that importing the phone from China might be cheaper as it is priced at CNY 6,999 (approx ₹95,900) in the country.

The Vivo X300 Ultra launch date in India is set for May 6 at 02 pm (IST). The handset will be unveiled alongside the Vivo X300 FE. Following its launch, the Vivo X300 Ultra and X300 FE will be available for purchase in India through Flipkart and Amazon.

Vivo X300 Ultra Specifications

The Vivo X300 Ultra runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and can be configured with up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of internal storage. The device boots OriginOS 6 based on Android 16 and features a 6.82-inch LTPO OLED display with 120Hz refresh rate for smoother visuals. Powering the Vivo X300 Ultra is a 7,000mAh battery that supports 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. Additional features include an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and connectivity options such as 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB Type-C, aligning the phone with current high-end Android standards in the Chinese market.

Cameras remain the core attraction of the Vivo X300 Ultra. The rear module includes a 200MP main sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto unit, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. For selfies, Vivo has fitted a 50MP front camera. The company highlights support for Zeiss co-developed optics and dedicated teleconverter accessories.

Vivo is offering two detachable teleconverters for the Vivo X300 Ultra. The "Big Gun" 400 teleconverter extends focal length to 400mm for strong zoom reach. A "Lipstick" 200 teleconverter provides a shorter 200mm option in a more compact form, aimed at users who prefer easier handling while shooting distant subjects. The Vivo X300 Ultra will be offered in Black and Green shades.
