Vivo X300e Launched with Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, Zeiss Triple Cameras, 7,200mAh Battery, 144Hz OLED Display

Vivo has officially unveiled a new smartphone in its flagship X300 series. The Vivo X300e follows the launch of the X300, X300 Pro, X300s, and X300 Ultra in China.

The Vivo X300e offers near flagship-grade specifications with its Snapdragon chipset, Zeiss triple rear cameras, large silicon carbon battery, and vibrant OLED display. Here's everything you need to know about the Vivo X300e.

Vivo X300e Price and Availability

The Vivo X300e price in China starts at CNY 4,799 (roughly Rs. 68,300) for the 12GB + 256GB variant, while the 12GB + 512GB model is priced at CNY 5,299 (roughly Rs. 75,400).

The smartphone is offered in Moonlight White, Midnight Black, and Sunlight Orange colour options. It is currently available for purchase in China. While there is no word around availability outside China, we don't believe it will receive a global release due to its similarities with the Vivo X300 FE.

Vivo X300e Specifications & Features

Vivo's latest X series smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The phone also boasts a sizeable VC cooling area for optimal thermal performance. It packs a 7,200mAh silicon carbon battery with 90W wired fast charging support.

The Vivo X300e features a 6.59-inch AMOLED flat display with a 2750 x 1260 pixel resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, 10-bit colors, P3 wide color gamut support, and up to 2,000Hz instant touch sampling in supported games. It also includes 4320Hz PWM dimming, AI eye comfort features, SGS low blue light certification, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner that supports unlocking even with wet fingers.

The phone sports a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 front camera with autofocus. On the back, it features a 50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary camera with OIS, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with OIS and up to 3x optical zoom. It supports up to 4K video recording from the front camera, main camera, and telephoto lens. Unlike other X300 series phones, this one does not support a telephoto extender accessory.

Other features include stereo speakers, an X-axis linear motor, NFC, an IR blaster, dual SIM 5G, Wi-Fi 7, and Bluetooth 5.4. Depending on the colour option, the phone measures between 7.79mm and 7.99mm in thickness and weighs between 199.5g and 203g. It runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6 out of the box. The Vivo X300e also features an IP68+69 rating for resistance to dust and water.
