The Vivo X500 has been popping up in leaks ahead of its expected September debut, and this time it's the cameras getting attention. Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station, who previously shared details on the X500 Pro Max, now claims to have camera specs from what looks like an engineering prototype of the standard X500.

What the Leak Says

The phone is tipped to have three cameras on the back: a 50MP Sony primary with a 1/1.28-inch sensor, a 50MP ultrawide, and a 64MP Sony periscope telephoto with a 1/2-inch sensor and a 70mm equivalent focal length. The tipster also mentioned that telephoto macro support hasn't been confirmed yet but is likely to make it into the final product.

The Rest of the Specs

Earlier leaks from separate sources point to a 6.59-inch 1.5K OLED display, a Dimensity 9500-series chip, and a 7,500mAh battery. Fast charging details haven't surfaced yet.

Where the X500 Fits

The X500 is reportedly one of five models in the series. The X500, X500 Pro, and X500 Pro Max are said to be targeting a China debut in September, while the X500e and X500 Ultra are tipped for the first half of 2027.
