Vivo Y36 4G Price in India, Launch Timeline Leaked

Vivo recently launched the Vivo Y36 series in Indonesia, and a new report suggests that the mid-range Vivo Y36 4G will also make its way to India soon. Alongside the launch timeline, the specifications and the price range of the device have also been leaked.

The Vivo Y36 series, which includes the Vivo Y36 4G and Vivo Y36 5G, first debuted in Indonesia a couple of weeks back. Both phones are almost identical, except for the processor. The Y36 4G is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, while the Y36 5G features a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 SoC.

Vivo Y36 4G: Rumored Price in India, Availability

According to tipster Paras Guglani, the price of the Vivo Y36 4G in India will range between ₹18,000 and ₹20,000. To compare, the Indonesian model with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage costs IDR 3,399,000 (around ₹18,700).

Guglani claims that the smartphone will launch in India by the middle of June. As for the colorways, the Vivo Y36 4G will be offered in two color options - gold and black. The smartphone has a polycarbonate build and a flat frame design.

The tipster also revealed the specifications of the Y36 4G, which appear to be the same as the Indonesian version. The smartphone will reportedly be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor. Details about the RAM and storage options weren't mentioned in the leak.

When it comes to the display, the Vivo Y36 4G will sport a 6.64-inch IPS LCD screen with a Full-HD+ resolution. The display will have a 90Hz refresh rate and 950 nits of peak brightness. The panel will feature a punch-hole notch at the front, which houses the selfie camera.

As for imaging, the Y36 4G will feature a dual rear camera setup comprising a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP secondary lens. At the front, there will be a 16MP camera for selfies and video calls.

The Vivo Y36 4G will run Android 13-based Funtouch OS 13 out of the box. Connectivity options will include Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and NFC. The smartphone will feature a 5000mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging support.
