Xiaomi Mi CC9 Pro Camera Samples Show Its Zoom Skills

Xiaomi launched the Mi CC lineup with two models - Mi CC9 and Mi CC9e a few months back. The company is believed to bring the next model in the lineup - the Mi CC9 Pro in the coming years. Now, the details regarding the Mi CC9 Pro camera have been revealed online via official camera samples.

A recent Weibo post by Xiaomi shows that the Mi CC9 Pro aims to be a superior player in the camera department. It is claimed to feature five cameras comprising a 108MP primary sensor and a telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom. This teaser has been shared just days ahead of the launch of this smartphone on November 5.

Going by the camera teaser, Xiaomi seems to focus on the zoom capability of the smartphone. It starts with a shot of the Longji rice terraces and a look at the same scene at a whopping 10x hybrid zoom. The next aspect that we see is a close-up of a Xiaomi brand ambassador.

Then there is a shot clicked using the 108MP camera sensor and the next image is an upscaled photo from 0.8% of the original image. These are larger images as well in terms of both file size and resolution.

Furthermore, another Weibo post revealed the look of the front of the upcoming smartphone. The teaser shows slim bezels at the sides and top and a noticeable one at the bottom. There seems to be a waterdrop notch at the top center of the display.

What We Expect

Xiaomi has already started teasing the upcoming launch event slated for November 5. At the event, the Mi CC9 Pro has been teased to be accompanied by a smartwatch with a circular design, and a new Smart TV in the Mi TV Series 5. The recent teaser shows that it is not a large-screened smartwatch and is likely to arrive with advanced features than the Mi Band 4.
