Talking about Micromax A87 Ninja 4, a dual SIM budget Android smartphone with a 4 inch capacitive touch screen display with a 800 × 480 pixel resolution, 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread OS, 2MP rear camera with fixed focus camera, external micro SD card slot supporting up to 32GB, 3G HSDPA 7.2Mbps, HSUPA 5.76 Mbps, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, GPS, micro USB, Bluetooth 2.1 and 1,400 mAh Li-ion battery.

Being a dual SIM low end smartphone priced at Rs 5,999, the Micromax offering could be a potential rival to the latest Nokia smartphone, which is also priced similarly.

Karbonn A7+

Karbonn A7+ is a recent launch from Karbonn Mobiles and it features a 3.5 inch capacitive multi-touch HVGA display with a resolution of 320 x 480 pixels. It is packed with a powerful single-core 1GHz processor and a dedicated Adreno 200 GPU under its hood.

The handset runs on Android 2.3.6 Gingerbread OS and has a 5MP rear camera with dual LED flash and a front facing VGA camera for video calling. Further, A7+ is equipped with 512MB RAM, 157 internal memory and a micro SD card slot supporting up to 32GB. The handset comes packed with features like Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi Hotspot, Bluetooth v2.1, 3G, micro USB 2.0 and is loaded with a 1,420 mAh Li-ion battery.

Moreover, A7+ is available for a price tag of Rs 6,990.

As A7+ is a budget smartphone with pretty better specs as compared to Nokia Asha 308, it can also be a rival to the same.
