When the first press render of the Oppo N3 smartphone made its way to online world in mid-September, it revealed an odd looking cylindrical head part. However, the image turned out to be doctored one.

The original Oppo N3 has leaked several times in the past in a form of image and also specs. Now the Chinese company has started teasing the device as well. The company has put up the image of the same handset on its official Facebook account. The image resemble the ones that we saw in the previous leaks.

The teaser image doesn't reveal anything that we don't know about. Moreover, it just shows N3′s swivel camera. What is peculiar about the device is the leather finishing added to the camera module, which is not something that doesn't complement the device.

Anyways, the swivel camera on the Oppo N3 will rotate 206-degrees and will work as both front and rear camera. The first official render does not show the front-end of the smartphone, neither the entire back panel and only focuses on the swiveling camera. However, you can see a dual LED flash.

As far as the specs are concerned, the Oppo N3 which has been leaked in cyan and pink color variants in the past would come with a 5.9-inch 1080p display, a 13-megapixel 206-degree rotating camera on the top and it would be powered by the latest Snapdragon 805 SoC coupled with 3GB RAM and will also support VOOC charging.

According to the previous leak, the phone will have a unibody design that will be made of lithium alloy body thereby making the phone light in weight. Moreover, Oppo has confirmed that the N3 will be available in two body constructions- lithium alloy and stainless steel.

The Oppo N3 smartphone that is scheduled for an official launch on October 29 in Singapore.
