Kobian, one of the computer peripherals and tablet manufacturer has recently launched its first Dual Core 7 inch tablet called mTAB Star. Since there are lot of domestic players in the tablet market, the recently launched 7 incher Android device is likely to be challenged by the major tablets from Micromax, HCL and others as well.
However, here is a brief rundown on the specs of the mTAB Star:
mTAB Star comes packed with a 7 inch multi touch screen display which offers a resolution of 1024 x 600 pixel. The newbie tablet is powered by a MediaTek chipset and 1 GHz Cortex A9 Dual core processor coupled with a 512MB RAM.
Moreover, the tablet runs on the Android 4.1 operating system. mTAB Star tablet also houses a 4GB internal storage capacity which can be further expanded up toto 32GB via microSD card. One can also find a SGX531 3D engine incorporated in the system and also supports Flash 11.
The tablet also comes with a dual camera- 2MP rear camera with LED flash and 0.3MP (VGA) front-facing camera. In the connectivity front, the tablet comes with a Wi-Fi, 3G SIM, v2.1 Bluetooth and HDMI output.
The recently launched mTAB Star which comes with a premium metal body weighs 300gm measures 10.55mm thick. Eventually the tablet is powered by a 3000mAh battery.
