Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition Launched at Rs 49,990 in India

After launching new budged friendly smartphones in India a couple of days ago, Samsung has now launched its Galaxy Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) at Rs. 49,990.

The device was announced back in September during the IFA 2013. To talk about the specs, it comes with a 10.1-inch TFT LCD display offering a WQXGA resolution of 2560×1600 pixels.

The device is powered by a 1.9 GHz quad-core Exynos 5 Octa processor and runs on Android Jelly Bean v4.3 with a layer of Samsung's very own TouchWiz UI. The most impressive part is its 3GB of RAM, which will allow for some powerful multi tasking.

Talking about imaging technology, it has an 8-megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash which is also capable of 1080p Full HD video recording. While the front facing snapper comes with a 2-megapixel sensor, both cameras come with BSI sensors.

The tablet houses an internal storage capacity of 32GB which can be further expanded up to 64GB by using microSD card.

There is no need to worry about the connectivity, as it comes with an array of options which include 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac (2.4 & 5 GHz), Wi-Fi Direct, AllShareCast, BT4.0, USB2.0, GPS and GLONASS.

Moreover, it also features S Pen stylus with a lot of features such as S Note (Easy Chart), S Planner and Air Command through which Action Memo, Scrapbook, Screen Write, S Finder, Pen Window can be used.

Additionally, users can also find 3.5mm audio jack and stereo speakers and also supports Ultra High Quality Audio.

The Galaxy Note 10.1 measures 7.9mm thick and weighs 547 grams and comes powered by a massice 8220 mAh battery
