Taking pictures from a tablet is not a bright idea. The 1.3MP front facing camera available on Tab 3 can just be used for video chat. Being mostly use for Skype, the purpose is served.

On the rear back, a 3.2-mega pixel camera is an average affair. Forget about taking pictures at night, as the makers have not provided an LED flash light. We tried to test the camera in different environments and the results were just fair.
