Following the launch of the Galaxy Tab A devices in Russia, the South Korean giant also unveiled a budget tablet on the Android platform in the Malaysian market. Codenamed Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V, this device is an upgraded version of Tab 3 Neo. This tablet is targeted on those, who are looking to buy their first tablet.

Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 V - Key Features

Samsung, the Tab 3 V, sports a 7-inch TN display with a resolution of 1024x600 pixels. It is clocked at 1.3GHz Spreadtrum quad-core processor besides 1GB RAM under the hood. On the storage front, it equipped with 8GB of built-in storage, which can be expandable via microSD card slot.

Moving to the imaging factor, it has 2MP rear and front camera on board and shipped with Android 4.4 KitKat out of the box. Coming to the connectivity of the device, it supports 3G, FM Radio, Wi-Fi and powered by a 3600mAh battery.

Coming in White and Black variants, Samsung, the Tab 3 V is now available in Malaysia at price of RM499 (approx Rs. 8,459) at Samsung Experience Stores and authorized Samsung dealers. Additionally, it can be availed from telecom operator Maxis with a two-year contract on SurfMore50 plan for RM239 (approx Rs. 4,074).
