Google's Android 4.4 Kitkat is the biggest update ever released by the software giant. Kitkat is designed to work with handsets having minimum of 512MB of RAM. What it really means? Simply, it means that the newest version of Android will be work buttery smooth on the low end as well as high end devices.
The LG Nexus 5 is the only handset launched with Android 4.4 Kitkat out of the box. The device is expected to reach India later this month. Starting today, Google will release the Android 4.4 Kitkat update for its Nexus range of devices (Nexus 7 and Nexus 10).
Google is yet to announce the Kitkat release schedule for last year's hit device, the Nexus 4. Samsung, HTC, Motorola, Sony and LG, are preparing to release the Android 4.4 Kitkat update at some point of time.

Samsung Galaxy Note 3
The Galaxy Note 3 packs a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED Full HD display. It packs a 1.9GHz octa-core processor coupled with 3GB of RAM and 32 GB of ROM (expandable up to 64GB via a microSD card slot). The device measures 8.3mm in terms of thickness and weighs 168 grams.
Android 4.3 Jelly Bean comes out of the box. The makers have added a 3,200mAh removable battery. There's a 13-megapixel camera with Auto Focus, LED Flash and a 2-megapixel front facing camera. The high end phone also features S Pen and KNOX software. Other connectivity features are pretty much standard.

Samsung Galaxy S4
The Samsung Galaxy S4 features a 4.99 inch Super AMOLED display having a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels at 441 ppi. It has Exynos 5 Octa 5410 processor coupled with 2GBof RAM and 16GB of internal memory (expandable up to 64GB via a microSD card slot) .
Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS comes out of the box. There's a 13MP rear camera with Auto Focus, LED Flash and a 2MP front camera. The makers have added a 2600mAh battery.
Other connectivity features include: Wi-Fi, 3G, Bluetooth 4.0, NFC and an Infrared port. Galaxy S4 Mini
The Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini packs a 4.3-inch AMOLED qHD display having resolution of 960 x 540 pixels. It has a 1.7GHz dual-core processor is fitted inside coupled with 1.5GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory (expandable up to 64GB of internal memory).
For taking memorable pictures, an 8-mega pixel camera is given along with Flash and Auto Focus. There's a 1.9-mega pixel front facing camera too. It has dual SIM connectivity too. The makers have added a 1,900mAh battery. The phone measures 8.9mm in terms of thickness and weighs 108grams. HTC One Dual SIM
HTC One packs a 4.7-inch Full HD display at 468ppi. The device is made of brushed aluminum, and looks classy. Inside, a 1.7-GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor guarantees excellent performance. The RAM stands at 2GB, while the internal memory can be expanded up to 64GB via microSD card. The phone measures 9.3mm in terms of thickness and weighs 143grams. The HTC One features high-rated UltraPixel camera powered by HTC Zoe.

HTC One Max
The One Max comes with a 5.9-inch Super LCD 3 display having a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It's the biggest smartphone ever produced by HTC. The HTC One Max packs a 1.7GHz quad-core processor powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 SoC coupled with 2GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB of internal memory, which can be further expanded up to 64GB via a microSD card slot. The One Max looks and feel similar to company's other flagship handset, notably - HTC One. The biggest highlight of One Max is the coming of a fingerprint scanner on the rear back beneath camera module. The fingerprint scanner recognizes multiple-fingers at the same time. The phablet also comes with a new version of Blinkfeed or Sense 5.5.
On the imaging front, HTC One Max houses acclaimed UltraPixel camera, just like the HTC One. The rear-facing camera is capable of recoding videos in Full HD 1080p format.
