Asus Zenpad C 7.0 with Mediatek Quad core SoC launched at Rs 7,999

Asus today launched a new variant of their Zenpad C 7.0 which was originally launched at the Asus Festival in Delhi earlier this year. The latest version of the Zenpad comes equipped with a Mediatek SoC on the inside.

The Asus Zenpad C 7.0 (Z170MG) comes with a 7 inch WSVGA (1024x600p) Super Bright IPS panel with a pixel density of 170ppi. The display is protected by the popular DragonTrail glass produced by AGC. Asus has also provided the tablet with an Anti-Fingerprint coating.

Under the hood the Zenpad C 7.0 is powered by a Mediatek 8382V/W SoC with four Cortex A7 cores clocked at 1.3 GHz each. This is coupled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory. Furthermore there is option for memory expansion via MicroSD card slot (upto 64GBThe Zenpad also comes with additional 11GB of storage for 1st year and 100GB of Google Driver space for 2 years.

In terms of cameras the Zenpad C 7.0 comes with a 5P f/2.0 rear and a 0.3MP front facing selfie snapper. The rear camera is equipped with PixelMaster technology to capture brighter photos as well as videos. The Asus made tablet is powered by a 3450mAh battery which according to the company can last upto 8.5 hours. The Zenpad also comes with additional 11GB of storage for 1st year and 100GB of Google Driver space for 2 years.

Just like its other variant Zenpad C 7.0 (Z170CG) powered by an Intel Atom x3 SoC, the new variant runs on Android Lollipop 5.0 with the Asus' ZenUI on top. The Zenpad C 7.0 comes in two colour variants -Obsidian Black and Pearl White and is exclusively available via Snapdeal at Rs 7,999.
