Xiaomi has launched the Redmi K Pad 2 in China alongside the Redmi K90 Max, targeting compact tablet buyers who prioritise gaming and media. The tablet features an 8.8-inch 3K LCD with a 165Hz refresh rate, MediaTek Dimensity 9500 power, and fast 67W charging, while also focusing on eye comfort.

The Redmi K Pad 2 is already on sale in black, purple, and silver, with all variants receiving an instant 200 yuan discount in China until 28 April 2026. Prices start at 3599 yuan, placing the tablet in the premium compact Android segment for performance-focused users.
