Vivo Pad Air Announced With 11.5-inch 144Hz Display

Vivo officially announced its brand new product on the block, the Vivo Pad Air in China today. The poster was shared by the company vice president Jia Jingdong.

He also revealed some key specifications of the tablet. The Vivo Pad Air is the third tablet from Vivo. The company has earlier launched the Vivo Pad and the Vivo Pad 2. Let's take a closer look at the Vivo Pad Air, the latest tablet on the block.

Vivo Pad Air: Specifications

The Vivo Pad Air features a 11.5-inch display with a 2.8K resolution. It has a metal body, a 3:2 aspect ratio display and a 144Hz refresh rate. It also has a P3 wide colour gamut, and iss equipped with four speakers.

When it comes to processor, the tablet is powered by Qualcomm's octa-core Snapdragon 870 SoC which is paired with an Adreno 650 GPU.

The Vivo Pad Air runs on OriginOS 3 which is based on Android 13 OS. It will additionally have support for Vivo Pencil 2.

The tablet is 6.67mm in terms of thickness and weighs 530 grams.

It also packs in a 8,500mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging.

The sleek design is evident from the posters shared officially. The tablet will be available in three different colours: Free Blue, Brave Pink, and Easy Silver. The design, when analysed, can be seen to be quite similar to the Vivo Pad 2, which has been launched earlier.

The storage and RAM configurations aren't known yet. Neither has there been any word on the camera or selfie camera details of the tablet.

Vivo Pad Air: Pricing and Availability

Vivo hasn't officially revealed anything about the pricing and availability of the Vivo Pad Air. The company is expected to reveal more as we inch closer to the official launch of the device. Since the announcement has only been made in China, we're yet to know about the global availability of the Vivo Pad Air.
