boAt Wave Neo Plus Launched in India: Specifications and Price

boAt has launched a new smartwatch in India, the boAt Wave Neo Plus. This comes soon after the brand launched the boAt Wave Sigma smartwatch on August 21. The new Neo Plus smartwatch shares specifications with the Wave Sigma.

The Wave Neo Plus is a successor to the Wave Neo, which was launched in India in May 2022. Let's take a closer look at this newly launched smartwatch.

boAt Wave Neo Plus: Pricing and Availability

The Wave Neo Plus is available in a few different colour options: Sage Green, Marigold Blue, Cherry Blossom, and Active Black.

Customers can buy the smartwatch from e-commerce platform Flipkart and boAt's website.

The watch has been launched at a special introductory price, Rs 1,799. Customers can buy it from 12 PM, August 22.

boAt Wave Neo Plus: Specifications

The boAt Wave Neo Plu features a 1.96-inch HD resolution display. This display has a 240 x 282 pixels resolution and a peak brightness of 550 nits. The watch supports over 100 customizable watch faces. Additionally, the DIY Watch Face Studio, allows users to customize watch faces in many different ways, to suit their unique personalities.

boAt now has a feature that enables users to collect coins by staying active, a feature also seen in the newly introduced boAt Wave Sigma smartwatch. These coins can later be exchanged for boAt discount vouchers or vouchers offered by partnering brands.

Like many other smartwatches by boAt, this one too runs on Crest Plus OS.

The Wave Neo Plus supports AI voice assistants like Google Assistant and Apple Siri.

Users can also make calls using Bluetooth calling through the microphone and speaker. The watch comes equipped with a dedicated dial pad and can also save up to 10 contacts.

Over 700 sports modes can help users track several sporting activities. The watch can track heart rate, SpO2, sleep, and breathing exercises.

It comes loaded with a 260mAh battery, and the company claims that it has a battery life of up to 7 days. However, this duration gets reduced to two days if features like Bluetooth calling.

The watch is IP67 dust and water resistant, making it suitable for outdoor activities.
