Galaxy Watch 6 and Watch 6 Classic Renders Leaked

Samsung is gearing up to launch the Galaxy Watch 6 series at the Galaxy Unpacked event on July 27. Although there's still over a month for its debut, images of the Galaxy Watch 6 and Watch 6 Classic have already been leaked. Interestingly, the renders suggest that the rotating bezel will make a comeback.

To recall, the current generation of the Galaxy Watch does not get a physical rotating bezel. Instead, it features a gesture-based virtual rotating bezel. The Galaxy Watch 5 series comprises the Watch 5 and Watch 5 Pro, ditching the Classic moniker, which will apparently be revived for the upcoming Watch 6 series.

Galaxy Watch 6 Design

The latest renders of the Galaxy Watch 6 and Watch 6 Classic, leaked by WinFuture, solidify previous rumors of a mechanically rotating bezel, which was last seen on the Watch 4. Apart from the slimmer bezels, nothing else seems to have changed on the surface, since the Watch 6 series appears similar to its predecessors.

According to reports, the vanilla Galaxy Watch 6 will come in 40mm and 44mm sizes, while the Watch 6 Classic version will come in 43mm and 47mm options. Going by the leaked images, the basic Galaxy Watch 6 model will feature a pin buckle strap.

Both models will feature a slimmer profile compared to its predecessor. The images also reveal that the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic will sport a physical rotating bezel.

Galaxy Watch 6 Rumored Features

Past reports indicate that the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic could sport a 1.47-inch display with a 470 x 470 pixels resolution, which is slightly bigger than that of the Watch 5 Pro. There's also talk of a larger battery, with some rumors suggesting that the Watch 6 could feature a 425mAh battery.

Additionally, the Galaxy Watch 6 Classic will come with a host of health features like a heart rate sensor, sleep monitoring, temperature sensor, body composition analysis, GPS, and a barometer. The device will likely feature the new Exynos W980 processor.
