Titan to launch new smartwatch in January, collaborates with HP
Watch major Titan is all set to enter the smartwatch segment to give its consumers a connected timepiece option. The company is coming up with its first ever smartwatch in January in collaboration with technology company HP.

GizBot chanced upon this blueprint of the watch from Titan's design studio. As it can be seen in the blueprint image and other images floating around Twitter, the Titan smartwatch seems to be a good looking watch with smart features inside. It will come with a premium brushed metal bezel ring with chamfered edge, a metal crown with Titan branding, scratch resistant glass, and a flexible leather-like strap. There is no confirmation about the hardware details of this watch.

Titan is yet to make an announcement about its forthcoming smartwatch, but a photographer has tweeted out images that give us a sneak peak of this new Titan smartwatch. Also, one of the internal sources from Titan has confirmed to GizBot about the existence of this discreet Titan smartwatch.

Considering that other timepiece makers like Tag Heuer and Fossil have also announced their foray into the smartwatch segment to take on smartphone makers who are aggressive about this category, we can't wait to see how Titan will position its upcoming smartwatch.
