Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro, Smart Band 8 Launched in Europe alongside Xiaomi 13T Series

The Xiaomi 13T series was recently unveiled at an event in Berlin, Germany. However, the two flagship smartphones, weren't the only devices launched at the event.

Xiaomi Smart Band 8, Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro Pricing, Colors

The Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro price is set at EUR 269 (roughly Rs 23,700) for the Bluetooth model and EUR 329 (roughly Rs 28,300) for the e-SIM variant. The Xiaomi Smart Band 8 price is set at EUR 39.9 (roughly Rs 3,500).

The Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro is offered in a Black Case with Black Fluororubber Strap and a Silver Case with Brown Leather Strap. The Xiaomi Smart Band 8 comes with Black and White bands. The company is yet to announce availability of the Xiaomi Smart Band 8 and Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro in India.

Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro Features, Specifications

The Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro boasts a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a high resolution of 466 x 466 pixels. The screen features a peak brightness of 600 nits and a pixel density of 326 PPI. The smartwatch is powered by the 4nm Qualcomm Snapdragon W5+ Gen 1 platform, with 2GB RAM and 32GB of storage.

The Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro runs Google's WearOS platform. Xiaomi claims that the watch offers up to 55 hours of battery life on LTE and 65 hours on Bluetooth. Xiaomi's latest smartwatch uses a circular dial, weighing 54.5 grams and measuring 11.8mm thick. It also features a rotating crown.

The Xiaomi Watch 2 Pro is equipped with an optical heart rate sensor, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, an ambient light sensor, an electronic compass, a barometer, and a bioelectrical impedance analysis sensor. It also boasts a 5ATM water resistance and over 150 sports modes.

Xiaomi Smart Band 8 Features, Specifications

Xiaomi's latest smart band sports a 1.62-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 192 x 490 pixels. The panel boasts a pixel density of 326 PPI and a peak brightness of 600 nits. The Xiaomi Smart Band 8 is compatible with smartphones running Android 6.0 or iOS 12.0 and above.

The Xiaomi Smart Band 8 comes with over 150 sports and training modes. The smart wearable can monitor SpO2, heart rate, and sleep and track menstrual cycles and incorporates a smart health assistant. Xiaomi claims that the band deliver up to 16 days of battery life without the Always-on Display feature turned on. It also has a 5ATM water resistance.
