Huawei Rolled Out Android 5.1 Lollipop Update for Honor 4C & Honor 6

As promised, the Chinese handset maker Huawei has rolled out the Android 5.1 Lollipop update for the Honor 4C and Honor 6 smartphone users in India. Moving on, the Honor 4C received the update back on September 21st while the Honor 6 got the update today.

No more unlocking your screen to read notifications. You can access notifications directly from the notifications bar on the unlock screen without having to swipe.

The update adds an all-new search bar in the Settings function.

Forget DSLRs, this amazing feature is now made available from the convenience of your Honor 6 smartphone. No matter how long the photography is, a video as short as 40 s is generated by means of intelligent dynamic frame extraction.

More privacy via ‘Hidden Apps' on the home screen

This upgrade brings to you the feature of hiding apps on the home screen itself. All you have to do is slide upward with two fingers on the home page to display any hidden apps.
