Lenovo Launches Smart Home Devices With Alexa, Google Assistant In India

Lenovo has added new smart devices to its existing portfolio at a launch event on December 4 in Bengaluru. The company has officially unveiled the Lenovo Smart Display, Lenovo Smart Bulb, and the Lenovo Smart Camera. Some of these products will be on sale starting December 5 across offline and online stores.

Lenovo Smart Display

The Lenovo Smart Display comes with a 7-inch screen and is powered by Google Assistant. The device can be used to control over 5,000 smart home gadgets from various brands and also supports video calling.

The Lenovo Smart Display can also be used as a device to monitor your kids. It is fitted with full-range speakers with support from streaming services like Gaana, Google Play Music, and Spotify. It will be available via Lenovo.com, Flipkart, Croma, and Lenovo Exclusive stores for Rs. 8,999.

Lenovo Smart Bulb

The Lenovo Smart Bulb is the newest addition to the Lenovo Smart Home family. It supports the complete RGB color space and also has an option to play with brightness and color temperature. Some of these parameters can be controlled using voice commands.

The bulb can be controlled using the Lenovo link app or using either Google Assistant or Amazon Alexa. As of now, there is no information on the pricing or the availability of the Lenovo Smart Bulb in India.

Lenovo Smart Camera

The Lenovo Smart Camera offers a 355-degree-wide field of view sideways and 120-degree field of view up and down. It can scan the area vertically and horizontally as well. The camera comes with a built-in infrared night vision sensor that can scan up to a distance of 20 meters.

With the built-in microphone and speakers, the Lenovo Smart Camera can be used as a child-monitor from a remote location. Just like the smart bulb, it works with Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa. As of now, there is no information on the pricing or availability of the Lenovo Smart Camera in India.
