Xiaomi FM Radio Power Bank Goes Official With 10000mAh Battery

The Chinese smartphone maker Xiaomi has been launching many new products in its smart home ecosystem of late. The latest offering is a power bank, which is not similar to the existing ones in the company's portfolio.

Well, in addition to its charging capabilities, this power bank from Xiaomi doubles as a radio as well. Yes, you read it right! It is an FM Radio along with a power bank. This device can charge electronics apart from playing FM Radio.

Xiaomi FM Radio Power Bank Features

The FM Radio feature is integrated within the power bank. It features two USB Type-A ports for charging purposes. At first glance, you will be able to see a retro-styled FM radio as it resembles one largely in terms of design.

Talking about the core functionality, the Xiaomi power banks feature a 10,000mAh battery to charge other devices. It is touted to have a hand warmer integrated with it. At the back, it is similar to other power banks that we have seen in the past. Xiaomi seems to have used a skin-friendly plastic build and a portable design with this power bank.

In terms of features, the Xiaomi FM Radio power bank can charge devices at 5V with 2.1A current. It comes with a digital display to show the charging capacity of the device. And, there is a button at its top to turn the FM Radio on or off.

Detailing on the FM Radio features, there is a radio speaker grill to add on to the retro design of the power bank. It comes with inscriptions "Time flies" and "The age of Elvis". The company claims that the power bank can charge Apple iPhone X three times.

Price And Availability

The Xiaomi FM Radio power bank is priced at 138 RMB (approx. Rs. 1,400). It has been launched in three color options - Black, White, and Pink. For now, there is no word regarding the global release of this power bank.
