Acer has launched a new flagship gaming laptop in India. The Acer Predator Helios 16 is an enthusiast gaming laptop with top-tier specifications, including a 13th Gen Intel Core i9 CPU and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080 laptop GPU. Acer's latest 16-inch gaming laptop was first unveiled at CES 2023.

Acer Predator Helios 16 Specifications

The Predator Helios 16 is powered by the 13th Gen Intel Core i9 processor with 24 cores (8 performance cores, 16 efficiency cores). The processor has a clock speed of up to 5.40 GHz. The processor is paired with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4080 laptop GPU with 12GB of GDDR6 VRAM. The notebook is also equipped with up to 32GB of 5600MHz DDR5 RAM and high-speed PCIe storage.

The Helios 16 series is equipped with improved cooling tech, including the 5th Gen AeroBlade 3D Fans, vector heat pipes, and liquid metal thermal grease. The screen sports a 16-inch IPS LCD screen with a WQXGA (2560 x 1600 pixels) resolution. The panel boasts a 16:10 aspect ratio and a peak brightness of 500 nits.

The display boasts a 240Hz refresh rate and Acer's ComfyView LED-backlit TFT LCD technology.
