In good news for music enthusiasts, Apple has launched their new service called Apple Music Classical on March 28. With an extensive library of over 5 million tracks, Apple described the service as a "standalone music streaming app designed to deliver the listening experience classical music lovers deserve."
The subscription-based service is specially designed and curated for classical music lovers who so far did not have a consolidated platform dedicated to classical music. The service was initially slated to launch last year but eventually was launched on March 28.

What is Apple Music Classical, and What Does It Offer?
Apple Music Classical boasts a fully optimized search and the most extensive classical music catalog. Additionally, Apple claims the service has a very high audio quality ensuring a seamless, enriching experience for music lovers. The company added that Apple Music Classical allowed users to "experience many classical favorites in a whole new way with immersive spatial audio."
For beginners, it has an Editor's Picks section that features handpicked pieces, while classical music enthusiasts can browse through celebrated exclusive albums. The Apple Music Classical app has several curated playlists, detailed insights into featured composers, deep dives, and much more.
The app's intuitive browsing feature is an added bonus that helps navigate it easily. Users can search by catalog number, composer, work, or conductor. Users can also make personal libraries where they can add music based on artists' works, recordings, and more.
From brand new releases to timeless classics, Apple Music Classical hosts it all, with over 5 million tracks in its library. Apple offered up to 192 KHz/24-bit Hi-Res Lossless quality apart from supporting spatial audio.
