OnePlus One Gets Ubuntu OS ROM: Here Are All The Key Features
The Chinese smartphone maker, OnePlus is now collaborating with Canonical to bring the Ubuntu OS to its popular handset - the OnePlus One.
The company has announced on its forum that not only the OnePlus One gets the Ubuntu OS, but also the Ubuntu OS ROM for OnePlus X is also on the way. However, the Ubuntu OS ROM for the OnePlus One is not the final version.

"Be aware, the Ubuntu release that is currently available for the OnePlus One remains a work in progress and more features are expected to be added to the build in the future," the company said in the forum post.
Just to recall, the OnePlus One features a 5.5-inch Full HD display offering a resolution of 1920×1080 pixels slapped with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on it. It is powered by Qualcomm's one of the latest SoCs Snapdragon 801 with 2.5GHz Quad-core CPUs.
On the imaging front, the handset is pretty equipped, as it uses a 13-megapixel camera with Sony's IMX214 stacked sensor with 6-element lens, f/2.0 aperture, dual LED flash and 4K video recording. Moreover, a 5-megapixel front-facing snapper with f/2.0 aperture is also a standard one.
