Acer Predator Triton 16 launched with 13th Gen Intel Core i9 CPU, Nvidia RTX 4070 GPU

Acer has announced a new addition to its premium gaming laptop line-up. The Acer Predator Triton 16 (PT16-51) arrives with the latest 13th Gen Intel processing hardware and Nvidia's RTX 40-series laptop graphics.

The new Acer Predator Triton 16 price starts from $1,800 (roughly Rs 1,48,900) in the US and EUR 2,299 (roughly Rs 2,04,200) in EMEA. The Acer Predator Triton 16 (PT16-51) will be available for purchase starting September 2023.

Acer Predator Triton 16 Specifications

Acer's latest Predator Triton 16 gaming laptop can be configured with up to a 13th Gen Intel Core i9 processor with a 5.4 GHz max turbo frequency. Moreover, the CPU is paired with an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop graphics card with Nvidia DLSS 3 and Max-Q technology.

Furthermore, the new Triton 16 comes with up to 32 GB of DDR5 5200 MHz memory and up to 2 TB PCIe M.2 SSDs in RAID 0 configuration. For optimal sustained performance, the Triton is equipped with a dual-fan system with 5th Gen AeroBlade 3D metal fans.

Additionally, dedicated heat pipes and liquid metal thermal grease on the CPU also help keep internal temperatures cool. Acer also includes a month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate with the Predator Triton 16.

Acer Predator Triton Display, Design

Acer new premium gaming laptop sports a 16-inch WQXGA (2560 x 1600 pixels) IPS display with a 16:10 aspect ratio. The panel boasts a 240Hz refresh rate, a 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut, and 500 nits of peak brightness. It also offers Nvidia's Advanced Optimus and G-Sync support.

The Acer Predator Triton 16 gaming laptop features a keyboard with per-key RGB lighting that is customisable through the PredatorSense app. It runs Windows 11 with support for Intel Killer DoubleShot Pro (E2600+Wi-Fi 6E 1675i).

The laptop also features two USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, an HDMI 2.1 port, a USB Type-C port with Thunderbolt 4, and a MicroSD card. The Acer Predator Triton 16 features a sleek design, measuring just 19.9mm thick. It also comes in a silver finish with metal casing.
