No More Charging Ports For Apple iPhone in 2021: Report
Apple will be bringing in something innovative for its iPhones in 2021. According to Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, there will no longer be charging ports for iPhones. Other predictions include the probable iPhone variants coming out in 2020.

Apple Charging Ports
Some reports say Apple could remove the Lightning port and replace it with the USB Type-C port. The answer is wireless charging or so Apple believes. If the report is to be believed, iPhones in 2021 can be charged wirelessly only. It would be a gradual step, starting from the premium smartphones and then implementing it on other models as well.
However, it won't make Apple the first company to do away with the charging ports entirely. The Meizu Zero smartphone is branded as the world's first smartphone without a charging port. The Meizu Zero is a non-porous phone and features a 3D unibody ceramic build and lacks physical buttons and ports on its edges.
Expected Apple iPhones In 2020
Kuo further predicts that Apple will bring out four iPhones in 2020. There will be four models sized 5.4-inches, two 6.1-inches, and a 6.7-inch one. The 2020 model will pack 5G connectivity, although it's hard to be certain. Apart from the 5G support, the camera sensors in the 2020 iPhones are also believed to be upgraded.
The report says the 5.4-inch OLED iPhone will feature a dual-camera setup; one of the 6.1-inch iPhone will pack a similar dual-camera setup and the other 6.1-inch iPhone is expected to pack a triple-camera setup. The higher-end 6.7-inch model is also believed to have three camera sensors along with time-of-flight 3D sensing technology.
Besides, there are plenty of speculations surrounding the iPhone SE 2, which is believed to come with a screen size of 5.5-inches or 6.1-inches. The 2020 iPhone models will have a form factor similar to the iPhone 4 says Kuo. However, nothing can be confirmed as yet.
